DIGITAL GOVERNANCE.

Digital governance focuses on ownership, access, enforcement, and data integrity across digital platforms. This work sits behind the scenes, ensuring systems function as intended and that brands can operate without hidden structural risk.

It typically becomes visible when something breaks. Accounts are suspended, ownership is unclear, reporting cannot be trusted, or teams are blocked from acting. The objective is stability, legitimacy, and continuity.

SCOPE OF WORK

RECENT EXPERIENCE

Recent work has focused on stabilizing Meta ecosystems for hospitality brands operating across multiple properties. In several cases, cascading Instagram account suspensions revealed deeper structural issues related to ownership, access, and asset linkage across Pages, ad accounts, and Business Portfolios.

The work involved untangling and rebuilding clean asset structures, clarifying administrative responsibility, and putting governance guardrails in place so enforcement issues did not repeat. Once stability was restored, attention shifted to enabling marketing teams to operate efficiently without compromising platform integrity.

Alongside platform governance, a significant portion of the work addressed measurement reliability. In multiple instances, core booking events had stopped firing or were never properly configured due to third-party booking systems. Diagnostics focused on identifying where the break occurred, aligning responsibilities across teams and vendors, and confirming fixes through controlled test bookings before resuming spend.
