GRACE BAY RESORTS, TURKS AND CAICOS
6 Resorts and developments. Multiple subsidiaries.
Grace Bay Resorts had been running paid media across six luxury properties for years. No one had ever done a full audit. What we found: multiple Business Managers with no clear hierarchy, ad accounts on personal profiles, former agency access still live, domains unverified across subsidiaries, and booking engine events completely missing from reporting.
The work covered a full asset map across all properties and entities, Business Manager rebuild, verification across all domains and subsidiaries, removal of all legacy access, and a full tracking diagnostic with remediation roadmap per property.
The group now has full ownership and control of its platform infrastructure, clean documentation, and a tracking foundation ready to build on.
NYC CRIMINAL JUSTICE NONPROFIT
NEW YORK CITY, Banned since 2023. Back up and running.
A criminal justice nonprofit had been locked out of Meta advertising for nearly two years. The ban was triggered by an NGO and political organisation flag. On top of that, the infrastructure was a mess -- incomplete Business Manager setup, unverified domain, former employees still listed as admins, no proper access structure.
The work involved navigating the Meta appeals process to get the page reinstated, building a new Business Manager and Ad Manager correctly structured for an NGO, verifying the domain, removing legacy access, and implementing tiered permissions so the right people have the right level of control.
The page is reinstated. The infrastructure is clean. The organisation can run paid campaigns compliantly for the first time since 2023.
